A creative, but traditional chef with over 35 years of experience in the kitchen, his cooking is global and cosmopolitan and the tastes and flavours are inspired from a multitude of influences, his experiences travelling and from cultures where he has lived, from Belgium, Switzerland and Spain to The United States.
